13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of this <br />Chapter or other property in the same zone. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not increase the danger of fire, or endanger the public <br />safety, or substantially impair property values within the neighborhood. <br /> <br />That such variance is necessary for the preservation of a substantial property right similar to <br />that possessed by other properties in the R-1 Urban Residential District, namely the ability <br />to have at least one dwelling on a 40 acre parcel. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not grant the Applicant any special privilege that is denied <br />to other owners of lands, structures or buildings in the same district. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the <br />Ramsey Zoning Chapter or other property in the R-1 Urban Residential District because the <br />Applicant is proposing to locate the home on the Subject Property so as not to obstruct <br />extension of area streets into the Subject Property when it is developed to its ultimate use. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not substantially increase the congestion of public streets, <br />or increase the danger of fire, or endanger the public safety, or substantially impair <br />property values within the neighborhood. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Thorud and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Benjamin Deemer <br />Board Member Paul Holland <br />Board Member Bradley Thomd <br />Board Member Michael Terry <br />Board Member Sharon Jensen <br />Board Member Charles LaDue <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Board Member David Bawden <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br />7th day of May, 1996. <br /> <br />~~ministrator ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
