10. <br /> <br />That the adjacent parcels to the west, north and east are entitled to a range of 2,664 square <br />feet to 5,664 square feet in garage and accessory building space. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />That the City has previously approved a request for a metal accessory structure on a 2.2 <br />acre lot and denied a request for a metal accessory structure on a 2.3 acre lot that would be <br />utilized to house horses. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />That the Applicant proposes to locate the metal accessory structure in a grove of mature <br />trees located in the southeast comer of the Subject Property where it will be substantially <br />screened from the adjacent parcels to the south, east and north. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has supplied the City with letters of support for the request for a <br />conditional use permit from the adjacent parcels to the north and east. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br />value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br />uses. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br />highways and streets. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br />persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, <br />noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />Mayor Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
