13. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance/will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the <br />Ramsey Zoning Chapter or other property in the R-1 Rural Residential District. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not substantially increase the congestion of public streets, <br />or increase the danger of fire, or endanger the public safety, or subStantially impair <br />property values within the neighborhood. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Holland and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Benjamin Deemer <br />Board Member David Bawden <br />Board Member Paul Holland <br />Board Member Charles LaDue <br />Board Member Sharon Jensen <br />Board Member Michael Terry <br />Board Member Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adju'stment this the <br /> <br />3rd day of September, 1996. <br /> <br />C~airp~son <br /> <br /> <br />
