10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />That the site and the access to the site will be prepared with an all-weather gravel <br />surface. <br /> <br />That all equipment and materials needed to operate the site will be contained in a <br />maximum of six 5' x 3' x 3' equipment cabinets placed on a 10' x 20' concrete pad. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not substantially impair the use or market value of <br />surrounding properties. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to <br />persons working in the vicinity of the use, or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be constructed and maintained so as to be appropriate in <br />appearance with the character of the general area and will not change the essential <br />character of the area.. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be a substantial improvement to the property in the <br />immediate vicinity and the community as a whole. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be served adequately by essential public facilities and <br />services. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not crate excessive additional requirements at public cost <br />for public facilities and services and will not be detrimental to the economic welfare <br />of the community. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not involve equipment and conditions of operation that <br />will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of <br />excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare or odors. <br /> <br />That if necessary, the Applicant has agreed to modify their site plan to facilitate the <br />future extension of County Road #116 in the area. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
