12. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not grant the Applicant any special privilege that is denied <br />to other owners of lands, structures or buildings in the same district. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the <br />Ramsey Zoning Chapter or other property in the R-1 Rural Residential District. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not substantially increase thc congestion of public streets, <br />or increase the danger of fire, or endanger the public safety, or substantially impair <br />property values within the neighborhood. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Thomd and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Sharon Jensen <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thomd <br />Commissioner David Bawden <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Commissioners Paul Holland <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br /> <br />7th day of November, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />
