Finance Assurance. WMMI shall submit a financial assurance plan to the City's <br />satisfaction and necessary instruments to effect the same to guarantee the financial <br />assurances required by the City before this Permit becomes effective. <br /> <br />Charges and Fees. WMMI agrees to pay to the City upon the issuance of this Permit, a <br />fee in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for engineering, legal and administrative <br />expenses incurred during the consideration and development of this Conditional Use <br />Permit. WMMI shall reimburse the City for all necessary and reasonable administrative <br />and consultant fees incurred by the City in connection with administration of this Permit, <br />testing evaluation and all other such expenses incurred by the City in connection with this <br />operation over the term of this Permit. <br /> <br />Insurance. WMMI shall secure and maintain insurance from an insurance company <br />acceptable to the City and authorized to write casualty insurance in the State of <br />Minnesota which will protect WMMI, its agents and employees and the City from claims <br />for bodily injury, death or property damage which may arise from the recovery and <br />treatment operations. WMMI shall file a certificate of insurance or a certified copy of the <br />insurance policy with the City. Such insurance policy shall contain a clause providing <br />that it shall not be canceled by the insurance company without thirty (30) days' written <br />notice to the City of intention to cancel. The following coverages shall be provided in <br />amounts not less than those specified: <br /> <br />Public liability, general liability, loading and unloading, completed operations, <br />explosion, collapse, underground operations, personal injury and property <br />damage: <br /> <br />(1) <br />(2) <br />(3) <br /> <br />Injury or death of one person - $1,000,000 <br />Injury to more than one person in a single accident - $2,000,000 <br />Property damage - $500,000 for any one occurrence and in unencumbered <br />aggregate. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Automobile and truck public liability personal injury and property damage <br />including owned and non-owned vehicles: <br /> <br />(1) <br />(2) <br />(3) <br /> <br />Injury or death of one person - $500,000 <br />Injury to more than one person in a single accident - $1,000,000 <br />Property damage - $100,000 <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Insurance coverage as specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) shall be carried for the <br />term that recovery and treatment operations are conducted. <br /> <br /> <br />
