25. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br /> highways and streets. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />27. <br /> <br />That the proposed activities, processes, materials, and equipment and conditions of <br />operation that may be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by <br />reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors are <br />controlled by City Code and should the permit be granted, these private rights will be <br />protected by the contracted entered into with the City. <br /> <br />28. That the excavation on the southeast portion of the project area will leave an 18 foot high <br /> bluff on Sunfish Lake and a 13 foot high bluff along the eastern wetland. <br /> <br />29. <br /> <br />That the Planning Commission received letters from the following surrounding property <br />owners expressing concerns with the proposed project: Tom and Julie Schacht, 6060 151st <br />Lane NW; Ray Kellas, 44854 Erin Street, Plymouth, MI; Barry Childs, 6040 151st Lane <br />NW; Jerry and Maryjeanne Ameson, 5851 146th Lane NW <br /> <br />30. <br /> <br />That on July 22, 1997, the City of Ramsey received a letter from the Minnesota <br />Department of Natural Resources addressing this project and outlining certain conditions <br />they feel should be addressed in any permit to be issued. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION t197-07-178 <br /> Page 4 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
