Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #97-08-211 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDING OF FACT #0440 RELATING TO A REQUEST <br />FROM NORTH FORK, INC. FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO GRADE AND <br />EXPORTS SOILS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from North Fork, Inc. for a <br />conditional use permit to grade and export excess soils from the property legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Northfork Highlands, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Northfork Lake, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Northfork Links 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Block 2, Northfork Itasca Shores Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />1. That on July 21, 1997, North Fork, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", applied for a <br /> conditional use permit to grade and export excess soils from the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning Commission for a public hearing <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the City Code on August 5, 1997, and that said public hearing <br />was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated <br />as a part of these findings by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the Applicant has submitted grading plans as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Northfork Highlands (hereinafter referred to as the Highlands <br />Proposal) - One (1) sheet prepared by Ulteig Engineers, Inc. dated received by the City on <br />July 21, 1997. <br /> <br />Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Northfork Lake (hereinafter referred to as the Lake Proposal) - One <br />(1) sheet prepared by Ulteig Engineers, Inc. dated May 16, 1995. <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Northfork Links 3rd Addition (hereinafter referred to as the Links Proposal) <br />- One (1) sheet prepared by fee owners Michael and Cindy Jackson. <br /> <br />Block 2, Northfork Itasca Shores Addition (hereinafter referred to as the Itasca Shores <br />Proposal) - One (1) sheet prepared by Ulteig Engineers, Inc. dated November 20, 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />
