Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #97-08-212 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0440 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />GRADE AND EXPORT SOILS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-08-211 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0440 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On August 26, 1997 a Conditional Use Permit ("CLIP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to North Fork, Inc. ("Permit Holder") for grading operations on the property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Northfork Highlands, Anoka County, Minnesota, hereinafter <br /> referred to as the Highlands Proposal <br />Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Northfork Lake, Anoka County, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to <br /> as the Lake Proposal <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Northfork Links 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, hereinafter <br /> referred to as the Links Proposal <br />Block 2, Northfork Itasca Shores Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, hereinafter <br /> referred to as the Itasca Shores Proposal <br /> <br />("Subject Property"). <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />This permit shall expire on February 28, 1999. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for <br />providing the City with at least 48 hours advance notice of the date of commencement of <br />operations in each of the four project areas. <br /> <br />The haul route for the excavated material in the Lake Proposal shall be westward to the <br />terminus of Inverness Lane, and continuing westward across the golf course, and then onto <br />Jarvis Street, and then southward to State Highway #10. It may also be permissible to <br />place the material on the outlot in accordance with the approved grading plan. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The haul route for importing material to the Links Proposal shall be onto Andrie Court and <br />then crossing Andrie Street directly onto the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />
