A permanent easement for drainage purposes over, under and across that part of said <br />Northwest Quarter described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of a line 60.00 feet southerly of and parallel with the above <br />described centerline and the east line of the west 466.69 feet of said Northwest Quarter; <br />thence South 00 degrees 01 minutes 58 seconds West, along said east line, a distance of <br />896.96 feet to the intersection of said east line and the north line of the Southwest Quarter <br />of said Northwest Quarter; thence South 60 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a <br />distance of 705.81 feet; thence North 00 degrees 01 minutes 58 seconds East, parallel <br />with said east line, a distance of 354.28 feet; thence North 35 degrees 00 minutes 00 <br />seconds West a distance of 1030.32 feet; thence North 00 degrees 01 minutes 58 seconds <br />East a distance of 28.36 feet to the point on said line 60.00 feet southerly of and parallel <br />with the above described centerline; thence North 89 degrees 28 minutes 58 seconds <br />West, along said parallel line, a distance of 20.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Said Permanent drainage easement containing 8.62 acres. <br /> <br />Together with a temporary easement for ingress and egress purposes over and across that <br />part of said Northwest Quarter lying southwesterly of the above described permanent <br />easement for road, drainage and utility purposes, northeasterly of the above described <br />permanent easement for drainage purposes and 50.00 feet northwesterly of the following <br />described line: <br /> <br />Commencing at the above referred to "Point A"; thence South 43 degrees 20 minutes 37 <br />seconds West a distance of 60.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; <br />thence South 55 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 440.68 feet, more or <br />less, to a point on the northeasterly line of the above described permanent easement for <br />drainage purposes and said line there termination. <br /> <br />Said temporary easement containing 21,754.6 S.F. <br /> <br />Said temporary easement to expire on January 1, 2000. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Administrator is hereby directed to acquire the real property as described <br />above in accordance with Minnesota Statutes.
