Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #97-10-310 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS <br />PROPERTY FROM B-1 BUSINESS <br />RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br />OF FACT #0446 TO REZONE CERTAIN <br />TO B-2 BUSINESS AND R-3 URBAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received an application to rezone certain property in accordance <br />with Section 9.03.03 of the Ramsey City Code; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That Rademacher Companies, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly <br />applied to rezone certain property from B-1 Business to B-2 Business and R-3 Urban <br />Residential. <br /> <br />That the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of <br />the City Code on September 2, 1997 and that said public hearing was properly advertised <br />and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3.
