2. That the accessory building shall be constructed at least 75 feet from the west property line <br /> and 50 feet from the Permittee's residence. <br /> <br />That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory building and no building permit shall be issued until City Code escrow <br />requirements have been fulfilled. <br /> <br />That the accessory building shall be used for storage of personal property and stabling horses; <br />no commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless it is in <br />accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittees and/or property owners shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br /> administering and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />LaDue, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson B.J.
