That the Permit Holder is responsible for providing the occupants with off-street parking and <br />the driveway and off-street parking area shall be paved with bituminous or concrete. There <br />shall be no more than four (4) vehicles parked outside at any given time. No unlicensed or <br />inoperable vehicles shall be parked or stored outside. The pavement improvements shall be <br />completed by October 31, 1998 and the driveway shall comply with the 3 foot setback <br />requirement from adjacent property lines. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />That all other personal or recreational equipment stored outside must be in accordance with <br />Section 9.11.10 Co) of the Ramsey City Code. This Section requires personal and <br />recreational equipment to be parked on the driveway, or on a gravel or eon-bit pad in the side <br />yard, or in the rear yard. <br /> <br />8. That the Permit Holder shall provide each unit with 240 square feet of garage space (for a <br /> total of 480 square feet) by October 1, 2000. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder herein agrees to hold the City harmless from any and all obligations <br />associated with the issuance of this conditional use permit as a result of the intensified use of <br />the property. On or before April 10, 1998, the Permit Holder shall also provide the City with <br />proof that the existing septic system will function properly for a 6 bedroom structure and that <br />there are a sufficient amount of soils on site to support an alternate septic system in the event <br />of failure. <br /> <br />10. That the Permit Holder herein agrees to accept all responsibility for maintaining the structure <br /> in accordance with applicable building, housing and fire codes. <br /> <br />11. That the Permit Holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this Permit. <br /> <br />12. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder agrees that this Permit shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka <br />County Recorder and agrees that the terms and provisions of this Permit shall nm with the <br />land and shall bind the Permit Holder, his/her successors and assigns. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Couneilmember Natalie Haas Steffen <br /> <br /> <br />
