7. That Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code also states that the maximum single <br /> accessory structure size allowed on a 2.3 acre parcel is 1,200 square feet. <br /> <br />That the Applicants are proposing to construct a single accessory structure that is 1,500 <br />square feet in size, which is a 300 square foot overage in the maximum single accessory <br />structure size limits. <br /> <br />That the City has previously approved requests to exceed the total accessory structure space <br />restrictions on a parcel, and in doing so, also approved overages in the single accessory <br />structure size restrictions. <br /> <br />10. That Section 9.11.10 of the Ramsey City Code states that in the rural residential district, <br /> persons may store and park their commercial vehicles and equipment on residential property <br /> provided the items can be stored indoors or in the side or rear yard on a surface of at lea~t <br /> gravel in such a manner that the equipment and vehicles are screened to a degree of 75% <br /> from adjacent properties and the public right-of-way. <br /> <br />11. That the Applicant is a self-employed remodeling contractor with commercial equipment <br /> and vehicles that he wishes to store indoors in order to come into compliance with Section <br /> 9.11.10 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br /> value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br /> uses. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br /> highways and streets. <br /> <br />17. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br /> public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br /> community. <br /> <br />18. That the proposed use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br /> persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, <br /> smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-05-102 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
