1358837 <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98~06-132 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0459 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />AN OVERAGE IN TOTAL GARAGE AND ACCESSORY BUILDING SPACE AND <br />SINGLE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SIZE RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-06-131 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0459 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On June 23, 1998, a Conditional Use Permit ("CLIP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") <br />to Jon and Rita Hamann ("Permit Holder") for an overage in total garage and accessory building <br />space and single accessory structure size restrictions on the property generally known as 17290 <br />Germanium Street NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 8, Block 3, Hunter's Hill, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 1,200 square foot accessory garage <br />("Structure") on the Subject Property in accordance with the site plan dated received by the <br />City on April 24, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br />
