o By accepting this Permit, the Permit Holder acknowledges that he has been advised by the City that placement of the Structure as requested by the Permit Holder may adversely impact the ability of the Subject Property to be subdivided in the future. That the accessory garage shall be designed with a soffit, fascia, eave overhang and exterior color that is color compatible with the principal structure on the Subject Property. That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory garage. That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and commercial vehicles and equipment belonging to the Applicants, in accordance with City Code. However, no commercial or industrial activity shall be allowed in the Structure in conjunction with any commercial vehicles and equipment stored on the Subject Property unless it is done so in accordance with the Ramsey City Code. 6. That the Permit Holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. 7. That a certificate of survey shall be required at the discretion of the City Building Official. 8. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request.
