o <br /> <br />By accepting this Permit, the Permit Holder acknowledges that he has been advised by the <br />City that placement of the Structure as requested by the Permit Holder may adversely impact <br />the ability of the Subject Property to be subdivided in the future. <br /> <br />That the accessory garage shall be designed with a soffit, fascia, eave overhang and exterior <br />color that is color compatible with the principal structure on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br />construction of the accessory garage. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and <br />commercial vehicles and equipment belonging to the Applicants, in accordance with City <br />Code. However, no commercial or industrial activity shall be allowed in the Structure in <br />conjunction with any commercial vehicles and equipment stored on the Subject Property <br />unless it is done so in accordance with the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />6. That the Permit Holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />7. That a certificate of survey shall be required at the discretion of the City Building Official. <br /> <br />8. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-06-132 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
