6. That Section 9.20.11 (R-1 Rural Residential District) does not establish dog kennels as a <br /> permitted use of property in this District. <br /> <br />7. That the Applicants are proposing to maintain four (4) adult dogs on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />8. That the Applicants have submitted a site plan that proposes to fence in the east and south <br /> yards as a run area for the dogs. <br /> <br />9. That the site plan submitted does not include a kennel structure and Applicants have verbally <br /> stated that the dogs will be kept indoors. <br /> <br />10. That there are other similar conditional uses in the City. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br /> value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br /> highways and streets. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br /> public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br /> community. <br /> <br />17.
