1367224 <br /> <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-06-134 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0460 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />PRIVATE DOG KENNEL TO MAINTAIN MORE THAN TWO DOGS ON A PARCEL <br />OF LAND. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-06-133 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0460 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On June 23, 1998, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Phillip and Frances Teetzel ("Permittee") for a private dog kennel to maintain more <br />than two adult dogs on the property generally known as 16405 Quartz Street NW and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Unplatted Ramsey Township, the part of the south 200 feet of the north 866 feet of the <br />North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, lying west of <br />the east 610 feet thereof and lying east of the following described line: Beginning at a <br />point in the North Line of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 933 feet <br />west of the Northeast Comer thereof; thence south 0 degrees 26 minutes 35 seconds east <br />100 feet; thence south 17 degrees 56 .minutes 35 seconds east 247 feet; thence south 0 <br />degrees 26 minutes 35 seconds east 532.15 feet and there terminating. For purposes of <br />this description, the North Line of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter is assumed to <br />bear north 89 degrees 15 minutes 07 seconds west (subject to road easements over the <br />west 33 feet thereof) together with an easement for road purposes in common with other <br />users. <br /> <br />("Subj ect Property"). <br /> <br /> <br />
