This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied <br /> with. <br /> <br />2. This Permit shall allow for the maintenance of a maximum of four (4) adult dogs on the <br /> Subject Property and adult is defined as any dog over three (3) months of age. <br /> <br />3. That any outdoor kennel structure or doghouses constructed on the Subject Property shall <br /> maintain a minimum setback of 75 feet from common property lines with adjacent parcels. <br /> <br />Upon confirmation of any complaints of odor or noise problems relating to the dogs, the <br />City may take action to abate the nuisance in accordance with Section 5.09.03 (Dog <br />Regulations), subd. 18 (Dogs Disturbing the Peace), of the Ramsey City Code, attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />5. That the outdoor run area as depicted on the site plan dated May 6, 1998 shall be maintained <br /> in a sanitary condition according to State and local humane standards. <br /> <br />That no dog under the ownership of the Permittee shall be allowed to run at large in an <br />unconfined area on the Subject Property, except under the direct supervision of the <br />Permittee. <br /> <br />7. That the Permittee shall add a fence line to the property that will restrict the dogs from <br /> getting any closer to the front yard than a line equal to the rear wall of the home. <br /> <br />8. That this Permit shall not give the Permittee authority or permission to conduct commercial <br /> kennel activities on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />9. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />10. That the Permittee shall be responsible for City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Beahen <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-06-134 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
