1367O99 <br /> <br />Board Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-07-145 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jerry and Janice Melberg ("Permittees") have properly applied for a <br />variance from minimum street frontage or lot width requirements in order to construct a dwelling <br />on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The west 475.2 feet of the east 650 feet of the south 275 feet of the north 575 feet of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25 (as <br />measured along the North and East Lines thereof); except the road; subject to easement of <br />record. <br /> <br />(" Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on July 7, 1998, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0462, a variance from minimum street frontage and lot width <br />requirements to construct a dwelling on the Subject Property is hereby granted contingent <br />upon the Permittees providing the City with verification that a private easement for access <br />purposes to County Road No. 63 has been granted and recorded at Anoka County property <br />records. <br /> <br />This variance shall remain in effect until July 7, 1999, as long as the conditions imposed <br />herein are complied with. The Permittee may petition for an extension of time in which to <br />complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the. City at <br />least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
