Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-08-205 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0467 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />GRADE AND EXPORT SOILS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-08-204 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0467 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On July 28, 1998 a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") <br />to Gerald Bauer ("Permit Holder") for grading operations on the property legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />lying north of the Burlington Northern Railroad easement. <br /> <br />The south 370 feet of Outlot A, Block 1, Pine Shadows, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code.
