Said policy shall be for the full period of the permit and <br />shall provide for the giving of 10 days prior notice to the City by registered mail of <br />termination, cancellation or amendment of the policy. In the event said policy is <br />terminated for any reason, the permit shall be automatically suspended upon the day the <br />policy terminates unless a new policy complying with this item is obtained and filed with <br />the City prior to the termination of the policy in force. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />The maximum noise level at the perimeter of the work site shall be within the limits set by <br />the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Environmental Protection Agency of the <br />United States. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />All costs incurred by the City in executing and administering this permit shall be the <br />responsibility of the permit holder. The permit holder shall maintain a minimum Five <br />Hundred Dollar ($500.00) balance in an escrow account with the City. This escrow shall <br />be used to reimburse the City for expenses incurred in the administration of this permit. At <br />the time the mining operation and site restoration are completed to the satisfaction of the <br />City, the balance of the escrow shall be returned to the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />19. All grading operations shall be conducted between 7:00 a.m. and 8 p.m. on weekdays only <br /> unless otherwise specifically approved by the City Administrator and/or his designee. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />The amount of dust or other particulate matter caused by the mining operation shall not <br />exceed the standards established by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
