Quarter lying within the circumference of a circle using aforesaid point of termination as its center and having a radius of 50.0 feet together with the easement for road purposes in common with other users over the following described tract: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the southwest comer of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; then east to the southeast comer of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; then north to the northeast comer of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; then west along the North Line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 66 feet; then south and parallel with the East Line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 600 feet; then southerly to a point 33 feet west of the East Line and 736 feet south of the North Line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; then south parallel with the East Line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to a point 33 feet north of the South Line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; then west parallel with the South Line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to the West Line thereof; then south to the point of beginning.
