Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #98-10-255 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR <br />A TEMPORARY OFFICE STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Transwest, Inc. has properly applied for an interim use permit for a <br />temporary structure for the purposes of providing additional office space on the property <br />generally known as 6100 Industry Avenue NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, Park 67 Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property"). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on October 6, 1998, conducted the <br />public hearing, and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That based on Findings of Fact #0474, an interim use permit for a temporary structure is <br /> hereby granted to Transwest, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", at 6100 Industry <br /> Avenue NW. <br /> <br />2) That this permit shall terminate on September 30, 1999. <br /> <br />3) That the size, type of construction and placement of the temporary structure shall be in <br /> accordance with the one sheet site plan attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />4) That the temporary structure shall comply with all applicable Building Code and Fire Code <br /> regulation and standards for such structures. <br /> <br />5) That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this interim use permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by <br /> the City, and failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit <br /> <br /> <br />
