Furthermore, to ensure the timely removal of the temporary structure prior to the expiration date of this permit, the Permit Holder shall maintain a minimum balance of $500.00 in the application escrow account until such time as the permit has expired and/or the temporary structure has been removed from the property. 6) That the Permittee shall provide off-street parking on the site for all employees and customers. 7) That the City Administrator and/or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request.
