8. That the Applicant has stated that the overage in single building size would provide the necessary garage space to store his personal recreational property indoors. That the Applicant desires to have an overage in single building size rather than building a detached garage at 624 square feet and adding the remaining 336 square foot allotment to the present attached garage, because such an addition to the existing garage would prohibit access to the new detached garage. 10. That the Applicant has stated that the proposed garage will not be used for commercial purposes. 11. That similar permits have been approved in the past. 12. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. 13. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. 14. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding property. 15. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses. 16. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as highways and streets. 17. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. 18. That the proposed use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors.
