11. The Licensee shall be responsible for containing attendants of the Music Festival within the Site perimeter fencing as indicated on the site plan exhibit submitted with the Music Festival Proposal. 12. The outdoor entertainment stages shall be restricted to within the Site perimeter fencing. Lighting and sound shall be arranged to deflect away from area residential uses. Light sources for the entertainment stages should not be visible from T.H. #10. 13. Signing for the event shall be in accordance with City Code regulations for public events. 14. If any provision of this License shall be declared void or unenforceable, the other provision shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. 15. This Licensee shall not be considered modified, altered, changed or amended in any respect unless in writing and signed by the City. 16. The Licensee shall reimburse the City for the cost of two additional police officers to be on duty during the hours of the Music Festival. The expense shall be paid within fifteen (15) days of billing. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution as duly seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Thomas Gamec Councilmember Terry Hendriksen Councilmember Susan Anderson Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council, this the llth day of May, 1999. Diamonds Sports Bar & Grill, Inc., hereby acknowledge receipt of this permit and that they have reviewed the conditions of this permit and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of this permit.
