one person and $500,000.00 for injury to more than one person, and in the mount of <br />$50,000.00 for property damage. Said policy shall be delivered to the City at least ten <br />(10) days before the issuance of this License and such policy shall bear an endorsement <br />of, or shall be accompanied by, evidence of receipt of payment of the premium thereon. <br /> <br />The Licensee agrees to clean up the Site, including contiguous roads, ways and easements, <br />and remove all debris, garbage, trash, litter and other waste matter from, in and around said <br />Site, together with all advertising matter relating to the Music Festival. The clean up shall <br />be completed within 72 hours after the conclusion of the Music Festival. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The City shall have the right to revoke the License pursuant to Section 7.07 of the City <br />Code after a public hearing held after written notice is given to the Licensee at least 24 <br />hours prior to such hearing. The License may be revoked for any of the following causes: <br /> <br />· The Licensee fails, neglects or refuses to fulfill any of the terms imposed by this <br /> License. <br />· The Licensee fails, refuses or neglects to fulfill any of the provisions of the <br /> proposed program or plans. <br />· The Licensee violates, or attempts to violate, any law of the State and/or <br /> provisions of Section 7.07 of City Code or any other provisions of City Code. <br />· The Licensee has made a false, misleading or fraudulent statement of material fact <br /> in the application for a license or in any other document required pursuant to <br /> Section 7.07 of the City Code. <br /> <br />Written notice of such revocation shall be forwarded by the Administrator to the <br />Licensee at the address given in the application. Such revocation shall become <br />effective immediately after ordered by the City Council. <br /> <br />Licensee shall provide the City with confirmation of current insurance coverage covering <br />outdoor sales of liquor. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to suspend or close the Music Festival prior to the expiration of <br />the License term in the event of the occurrence of a riot, major disorder, or serious breach <br />of the peace when, in the City's opinion, it becomes necessary to prevent injury to a person <br />or persons and/or damage to property and/or the health, safety and welfare of the public is <br />threatened. <br /> <br />8. This License is not transferable or removable to another location. <br /> <br />The Licensee shall provide a sufficient number of portable sanitary facilities at the Site of <br />the Music Festival and at the parking concessions capable of serving the expected number <br />of customers. <br /> <br />10. The Licensee shall provide sufficient off-street parking. <br /> <br /> <br />
