That the Applicant is proposing to construct a 2,400 square foot accessory building which <br />will result in a 922 square foot overage in the total amount of accessory building space <br />allowed on the Subject Property and a 800 square foot overage in the single building size <br />restriction. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That Section 9.11.02 Subd 5 of the Ramsey City Code restricts accessory building heights to <br />22 feet in the rural residential district; the height of the Applicants proposed building is 16 <br />feet. <br /> <br />9. That the City Code does allow accessory buildings to be sided with colored metal panels on <br /> parcels greater than 2 acres in size. <br /> <br />10. That City Code requires that accessory buildings on parcels 2 to 5 acres in size be designed <br /> with soffit, facia and eave overhang to match the home on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />11. That the Applicant is proposing to finish the exterior walls of the proposed structure with <br /> metal panels color matched to the home and the structure will be designed with soffit, facia <br /> and eave overhang. <br /> <br />12. That the Subject Property is not expected to be included in the Metropolitan Urban Service <br /> Area boundary in the near future. <br /> <br />13. That the Applicant has stated that the proposed structure will be used for the storage of <br /> personal equipment and vehicles. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair, in any material respect, the use, <br /> enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />17. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br /> rises. <br /> <br />18. That the proposed use will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br /> highways and streets. <br /> <br />19.
