o <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />interim, adequate fire suppression can be extended to this manufacturing portion of <br />the structure from rooftops adjacent to this section. <br /> <br />That the special conditions causing the undue hardship, restrictions based on fire <br />suppression reach capabilities do not result from the actions of the Applicant. <br /> <br />That if denied, the Applicant states that they will be deprived of constructing a <br />building that has been designed to house their business operations in the manner <br />necessary. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will/will not grant the Applicant any special privilege <br />that is denied to other owners of lands, structures or buildings in the same district. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will/will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br />adjacent property. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will/will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of <br />the Ramsey Zoning Chapter or other property in the Industrial District. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will/will not substantially increase the congestion of <br />public streets, or increase the danger of fire, or endanger the public safety, or <br />substantially impair property values within the neighborhood. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board <br />Member Kociscak and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br /> Chairperson Anderson <br /> Board Member Dempsey <br /> Board Member Johnson <br /> Board Member Kociscak <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Board Member Jensen <br /> <br />Resolution #99-06-113 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
