o <br /> <br />That the Applicants have stated that the private kennel permit would facilitate their personal <br />sporting dog hobby and not include any commercial activities, including but not limited to <br />breeding, selling training, grooming or boarding. <br /> <br />10. That the Applicants have submitted a site plan that identifies the existence of a fenced back <br /> yard for an exercise area for the dogs. <br /> <br />11. That the Applicants have stated that all four dogs will be kenneled indoors and no outside <br /> kennel structure is proposed. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br /> value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br /> highways and streets. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br />persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, <br />smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Anderson <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-06-116 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
