Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-07-132 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0501 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />EXCEED SIGN SIZE RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #99-07-131 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0501 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That on July 13, 1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Dolphin Real Estate Partnership ("Permittee") to exceed the sign size restrictions on <br />the property generally known as 7205 Hwy. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 34 described as follows: Commencing at <br />the southeast comer of said lot, thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of said <br />lot 770 feet, thence north parallel with the east line of said lot to the northeasterly line of <br />said lot, thence southeasterly along said northeasterly line 350 feet to the point of <br />beginning, thence south parallel with said east line to said southwesterly line, thence <br />southeasterly along said southwesterly line 180 feet, thence north parallel with said east <br />line to said northeasterly line, thence northwesterly along said northeasterly line to point <br />of beginning, subject to easement of record; <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />That part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 34 described as follows: Commencing at <br />the southeast comer of said Lot, thence north 0 degrees 3 minutes 28 seconds east along <br />the east line of said lot 267.87 feet to point of beginning of a line also known as Line <br />"A", thence southwesterly to a point on southwesterly line of said lot 111.9 feet <br />northwesterly, as measured along southwesterly line of said lot, from point of <br />commencement and said Line "A" there terminating, thence northwesterly along said <br />southwesterly line 658.1 feet, thence north parallel with the east line of said lot to <br />intersect with the northeasterly line of said lot, thence southeasterly along said <br />northeasterly line 350 feet, thence south parallel with the east line of said lot to intersect <br />with said southwesterly line, thence southeasterly along said southwesterly line 180 feet <br /> <br /> <br />
