The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The Permittee is herein granted permission to erect a freestanding pylon sign with a business <br />identification sign surface area not to exceed a 113 square feet, and a reader board not to <br />exceed 45 square feet. <br /> <br />2. The installation of the ground signs on the Subject Property shall require a sign permit from <br /> the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />3. The sign shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with Section 9.12 <br /> (Signs) of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />5.
