This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: The Permittee is herein granted permission to erect a freestanding pylon sign with a business identification sign surface area not to exceed a 113 square feet, and a reader board not to exceed 45 square feet. 2. The installation of the ground signs on the Subject Property shall require a sign permit from the City of Ramsey. 3. The sign shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with Section 9.12 (Signs) of the Ramsey City Code. 4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this Conditional Use Permit. 5. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request.
