Stat § 103B.231. The <br />Watershed Management Plan shall address ail items required by <br />mplicable laws and rules. The Watershed Management Plan shall <br />establish a comprehensive goal for the development of the Watershed and <br />shall establish a recommended procedure for accompli5hin2 the purposes <br />of the Commission. <br />0.) It shall develop and adopt a capital improvement program as part_of the <br />Watershed Mannement Plan. The Board shall determine which proiects <br />to include in the capital improvement program. <br />(6) Subdivision-6. It shall make necessary surveys or utilise other reliable <br />surveys and data and develop projects to accomplish the purposes for <br />which the L-R-FPALMOCommission is organized. <br />StibEtiviision 7.
