The Chair and Vice -Chair rnav cancel a <br />meeting due to a lack of business items. The Secretary OA make a aood faith <br />effort to notify Commissioners of a meeting cancellation. <br />(b) §pccial Meetino. The Board may hold such special meetings as it mayjetermine <br />are needed to conduct the business of the Commission. A special meetinz may be <br />called bythe Chair or by any two Commissioners. The Secretaty_shall post and <br />provide notice of special meetings to the Commissioners, Emailing notices Ito <br />Commissioners shall constitute sufficient notice under this Agreement. <br />Annual Meetine. The February Board meeting shallconstitute the annual •meeting <br />of the Commission. <br />(d) Rules of Procedure. The Board shall conduct its meetings gpperallv in accordance_ <br />with the procedures set out in the most current version of Robert's Rules of <br />Procedure or such other parliamentary rules as identified by the Board without <br />requiring strict conformance to its reouirements. The Board may modify such <br />rules as it determines is appropriate to facilitate the conducting of its business or <br />adopt a different set of rules for its, meetings. The Board may amend its rules <br />from time to time as it determines is appropriate upon a majority vote of all <br />Commissioners. The Board may also waive one or more sriecific rules as it <br />determines are neeessary to facilitate the conducting of its business.
