EXHIBIT B <br />Fees Payable to the City <br />1. Park Dedication. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable Park Dedication Fee <br />requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Park Dedication Fee of $13,500.00 (3 units x $4,500.00 <br />per unit). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The rate in effect when <br />the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br />2. Trail Development Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable Trail <br />Development Fee requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Trail Development Fee of $4,500.00 <br />(3 units x $1,500.00 per unit). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The <br />rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer Connection (Trunk) Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying <br />applicable Sanitary Sewer Trunk Fee requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Sanitary Sewer <br />Trunk Fee of $4,047.00 (3 units x $1,349.00). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees <br />are estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br />4. Sanitary Sewer Lateral Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable Sanitary <br />Sewer Lateral Fee requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Sanitary Sewer Lateral Fee of <br />$16,254.00 (3 units x $5,418.00). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates. <br />The rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br />5. Water Connection (Trunk) Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable Water <br />Trunk Fee requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Water Trunk Fee of $6,027.00 (3 units x <br />$2,009.00 per unit). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The rate in <br />effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br />6. Water Lateral Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable Water Lateral <br />Fee requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Water Lateral Fee of $20,862.00 (3 units x <br />$6,954.00). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The rate in effect <br />when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br />7. Stormwater Management Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable <br />Stormwater Trunk Fee requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Stormwater Management Fee <br />of $1,602.00 (3 units x $534.00 per unit). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are <br />estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br />8. Utility Service Lines Reimbursement Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for reimbursing the <br />CITY for the utility service lines that were installed as part of CITY Improvement Project #20- <br />05. The PERMITTEE must pay to the CITY $51,000.00 for the utility service lines that have <br />been installed to the three (3) lots. <br />11 <br />
