Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #24-267 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR PEARSON PLACE 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Development Consulting Services, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Applicant," <br />properly applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, Riverstone South <br />-or upon recording of the Pearson Place 2nd Addition final plat - <br />Lots 1-3, Block 1 Pearson Place 2nd Addition <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing, reviewed the Sketch Plan, and <br />granted multiple variances for the project on April 25, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a Public Hearing on September 24, 2024 to consider vacating <br />a Right -of -Way Easement, which would be replaced with dedicated right-of-way with the recording of <br />the Pearson Place 2nd Addition plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat and Development Agreement at their <br />September 24, 2024 regular meeting. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />for Pearson Place 2nd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a) Compliance with staff review comments. <br />b) Entering into a Development Agreement with the City of Ramsey. <br />c) Vacation of the Right -of -Way Easement (Document No. 2368247.007). <br />d) Review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney of the Development Agreement and Final Plat. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
