ORDINANCE #24-11 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RAMSEY TO SELL/CONVEY FOURTEEN (14) PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. PURPOSE It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City of Ramsey to convey certain real property which the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.5 of the City Charter. SECTION 2. TERMS OF SALE/CONVEYANCE The City Council shall establish sale/conveyance terms and conditions in the future, at the time of purchase agreement negotiation, for each individual parcel identified in Section 2 of this Ordinance. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.7.
