ORDINANCE #24-11 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RAMSEY TO <br />SELL/CONVEY FOURTEEN (14) PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY. <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City of Ramsey to convey certain real property <br />which the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.5 of the City Charter. <br />SECTION 2. TERMS OF SALE/CONVEYANCE <br />The City Council shall establish sale/conveyance terms and conditions in the future, at the <br />time of purchase agreement negotiation, for each individual parcel identified in Section 2 <br />of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its <br />publication according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.7. <br />
