<br />Mulrooney advised the exposure in terms of cost to the City for the use of eminent domain for <br />possible economic development will be very large. The only type of eminent domain action that <br />will be utilized any longer will be for use such as roads. <br /> <br />Member Strommen left the meeting at 8:45 a.m. <br /> <br />Member Kiefer requested copies of the Ramsey Crossings report. He inquired of the status of <br />Bruce Bacon being added to a future agenda.
