Status of Subdivisions: <br /> <br />A. Flintwood Hills 1st Addition: Drainage problem on this <br />plat is to be resolved with the 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />B. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Developer is waiting for <br />City sewer prior to finalizing plat. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: <br />streets waS-Completed in Phase I of this <br />30, 1982. <br /> <br />Paving of the <br />plat on October <br /> <br />D. pondvale Estates: The developer was given an extension <br />until September 15, 1983 for paving the streets in this <br />development. <br /> <br />E. Meadowbrook Estates: The developer was granted a six- <br />month extension for filing the plat at the December 21, <br />1982 council meeting. <br /> <br />F. Hy-10 Ramsey: The developer was given a six-month <br />extension for filing this plat at your August 24, 1982 <br />council meeting. The construction on this plat has been <br />completed. <br /> <br />G. Ramsey Commons: The developer was given a six-month <br />extension of time for filing the plat at the January <br />25, 1983 council meeting. <br /> <br />2. 1982 MSAS Project: Construction on this project has been <br />stopped until next spring. <br /> <br />3. 1982 Street Projects: Construction on these projects has been <br />stopped until next spring.. <br /> <br />4. 1983 MSAS Project: A public hearing to discuss the assessments <br />on this project was held on February 22, 1983. A decision on <br />the assessment of the project was tabled until March 22, 1983. <br />Plans for the project have been approved and the City has been <br />authorized to take bids. If the council decides to proceed <br />with this project, I would recommend taking bids as soon as <br />possible. <br /> <br />, <br />~ <br />
