<br />Staff Report <br /> <br />- 2 - <br /> <br />March 17, 1983 <br /> <br />5. ~67th Extension: A public hearing of this project was held <br />on February 22, 1983. A decision on ordering this project was <br />tabled until the March 22, 1983 council meeting. <br /> <br />6. Rum River Watershed Trunk Feasibility: I will not be completing <br />this feasibility until the City Council adopts the assessment <br />ordinance. In addition, the City Council has not adopted a <br />resolution establishing the rates for storm drainage <br />improvement charges. <br /> <br />I plan to have cost estimates on the trunk facilities available <br />for review at your March 21, 1982 special meeting. I will also <br />update a resolution for establishing storm drainage rates for <br />review at your special meeting. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Northwest Mayors Meeting: <br />Jean Schlueter and myself <br />west mayors in this area. <br /> <br />On March 16, 1983, Councilmember <br />attended a meeting for the north- <br /> <br />The main purpose of the meeting was to meet the new Chairman <br />of the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, George Frisch. <br />The schedule for the CAB Interceptor was also discussed and <br />George Lusher, Chief Administrator from the MWCC, indicated <br />that construction would begin in September of 1983 and be <br />completed by the end of 1984. <br /> <br />Mr. Lusher also handed out a projected schedule of sewer <br />service charges, which is attached to this report. The <br />costs are for 100,000 gallons of wastewater, which is <br />estimated as the average annual flow from one household. <br /> <br />, <br />/ <br />
