<br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #83- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's 1983 City Budget provided for the <br />transfer of $1,407.58 from the General Fund 101 to the 1979 Bond Fund ($950M) <br />to reimburse the 1979 Bond Fund for the remaining balance of the deferred <br />assessment on Lot 6, Block 2, Gorham's Sandy Acres, as this lot was donated <br />to the City of Ramsey during 1981. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That it is hereby directed that the General Fund 101 transfers <br />$1,407.58 to the 1979 Bond Fund ($950M) 552 to reimburse the 1979 Bond Fund <br />for the remaining balance of the deferred assessment on Lot 6, Block 2, Gorham's <br />Sandy Acres, as this lot was donated to the City of Ramsey during 1981. <br /> <br />2) That it is further directed that the Accounting Department be <br />furnished a copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the <br />Councilrnember <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br /> <br />(~) <br /> <br />and the following voted Rgainst the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 22nd day of March, 1983. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br />I hereby acknowledge receipt of the. <br />above stated resolution: <br /> <br />City Accountant <br /> <br />~ <br />/ <br />
