Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />GROUP W CABLE'S REQUEST TO AMEND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: <br /> <br />At your last regular meeting, Council adopted Resolution #83-10 in regards <br />to Group W Cable's request for a conditional use permit <br />to place a tower in a residential zone. Accordingly, a conditional use <br />permit agreement was approved based on that resolution. However, item #8 <br />of the agreement which requires fencing of the entire site with a fence <br />eight feet high according to Group W Cable is not correct but should read <br />that the building and tower site be so fenced. We also feel that this <br />would be adequate. <br /> <br />Accordingly, Resolution #83-10 and the conditional use permit agreement <br />are included as enclosure (D3-~) for your review and consideration in <br />this matter. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br />this case.
