Enclosure (D3-e) contains a letter from the City Engineer <br />stating he couldn't complete said report until the City's utility <br />Assessment ordinance was adopted by the Council. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note the contents of the. <br />above enclosure. <br /> <br />CASE #5: AUTHORIZATION TO SECURE PRICE QUOTES FOR SPRING PET CLINIC: <br /> <br />- Every spring we make this request for authorization to go for price quotes <br />for the spring pet clinic. <br /> <br />Council. Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of advertising <br />for price quotes. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for <br />your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to approve/disapprove <br />of the City of Ramsey advertising for price quotes for rabies shots <br />at the spring pet clinic. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />CASE #6: FISCAL DISPARITY: <br /> <br />A report on the <br />meeting. <br />Council Action: <br />be aware of what <br /> <br />City's fiscal disparity allocation will be available for the <br /> <br />No action is required by Council. However, you should <br />benefit we derive from fiscal disparity. <br /> <br />CASE #7: INCREASE IN BUILDING PERMIT FEES: <br /> <br />This subject has been brought to my attention that we are not current in <br />our building permit charges as our neighboring communities of Andover and <br />Elk River are charging more, which defray that direct cost of the taxpayer. <br />Accordingly, I have asked our Building Official to submit a report and <br />recommendation as to what would be a fair rate. please refer to enclosure <br />(D3-f) . <br /> <br />/ <br />
