TIM NELSON,
5210 - l55TH LANE NW:

This individual wants to use City park access to get to a proposed second
garage he wants to build on his property.

I asked the Building Official to check out this citizen's request. Please
refer to enclosure (D3-d) for the Building Official's report and a rough
draft sketch of the area. I concur that we should not allow this individual
-the right to use park access as his driveway to get to a segment of his
property. Further, he has enough adequate space on his own property.

Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the citizen's
request. It is recommended that you disapprove. The following proposed
motion.is hereby submitted for your consideration:

Motion by and seconded by to disapprove of
Mr. Tim James of 5210 - 155th Avenue NW using the access road to
Woodland Green Park as a means to gain entrance to a segment of
his property where he proposes to build a garage. It is a City
policy that the City park land will not be used as an egress and
ingress to private property.

Motion carried. PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR SANITARY
SEWER, WATER AND STORM DRAINAGE) :

The following is hereby submitted on this case:

a) Adoption of Resolution Ordering preparation of Report on Seal-
coating of Streets - Enclosure (D3-e) contains the City Engineer's
list of City streets that should be sealcoated in 1983. We have
to follow 429 Minnesota State Statutes on these projects. It
has been the City's policy to assess this out 100% to benefited
property owners. So we do need to have the public hearings.

/
