<br />Councilmerober <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> <br />\. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #83- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #83-10 on the <br />22nd day of February, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution #83-10 relates generally to the granting <br />of a conditional use permit to Group W Cable TV for the construction of an <br />antenna for microwave transmissions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution #83-10 does not properly reflect the <br />Council's intention with regard to the fencing requirement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That Paragraph 2h be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />2h) That the structure con1t:ructed on the <br />site and the tower be secured by an <br />eight foot fence surrounding the same. <br /> <br />2) That the conditional use permit issued to the applicant and <br />the conditional use permit agreement entered into with the applicant, both be <br />amended to reflect this amendment. <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />The motion for the <br />CouncilmeIllber- <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 22nd day of March, 1983. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br />
