<br />TO: Councilmembers <br /> <br />FROM: Councilmember Van Wagner <br /> <br />RE: Cable TV Channel Changes <br /> <br />DATE: March 4, 1983 <br /> <br />Enclosed please find a copy of the channel chart and correspondence <br />from GroupW Cable regarding channel changes. <br /> <br />I would appreciate your input on these proposed changes at our next <br />Council meeting. If you have any questions I suggest you join the <br />Columbia Heights tour on March 9, 1983 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />At our last Commission meeting we discussed these changes and I'm <br />expecting a list of alternate programs which I will pass along as <br />soon as it appears. <br /> <br />Tier #1 is Channels 2-25 plus 26 on a pay basis. <br />Channel 49~ Channels 21, 32, 45, 47 and 48 have <br /> <br />Tier #2 ends at <br />all gone defunct. <br /> <br />It is the Commission's view that Channel 21 become 41 out of st. <br />Cloud.
