12) That the Permittee understands and agrees that the Condi- tional Use Permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and that any violation of the conditions contained herein or violation of any other City Ordinance or regulation may be cause for immediate revocation of this Conditional Use Permit. Also, this permit shall be reviewed annually by the City Staff for compliance with the conditions contained herein and is subject to revocation for non compliance with its terms.
