Paul, MN 55101 <br /> <br />RE: Building Permit for Lot 11, Block 2, Itasca Heights <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Kluegel: <br /> <br />I I <br /> <br />: <br /> <br />Attached please find a permit application, site plan and area <br />location map for a single family dwelling on the above referenced <br />property. <br /> <br />-The subject property is about one half acre in size and is a <br />platted lot of record in compliance with the ordinances of the <br />City of Ramsey. The proposed structure and on-site septic system <br />will be located approximately 100 feet from the normal high water <br />and the setback will comply with adjoining properties. <br /> <br />Please note on the site plan that the applicant is requesting <br />authorization to excavate to within approximately 50 feet of the <br />normal high water horizontally and to within 27.5+ feet vertically. <br />This excavation which ranges from zero to approximately five feet <br />is requested due to the design configuration of the proposed dwelling <br />which is earth sheltered with the bedrooms on the exposed southerly <br />wall.
