That tbe FAA hos revieved the Applicant's request ond on ~ovember 13, <br />1987 determined thot the proposed plant is not identified as an obstruction <br />under .oy stondord of FAR. Port 77. Subport C ond vould not be a ha:ord to <br />air navigation. <br /> <br />24.
